The main mistake designers make is overlooking deadlines. Being an interior designer is like preparing for the grand opening of a restaurant. The main objective is to get everything ready for the clients’ move-in-date. This means the designer needs to make sure all the glitches are taken care prior to the deadline. An easy way to avoid any issues is to continuously keep track of all the deliveries and keep an organized list of everything, so if there are any problems, it can be addressed before the client’s move-in date.
