Before and After: Noelle Hernandez’s Project with Hidden Details in Aspen

Noelle Hernandez of NCH Design, LLC tells Haute Design Network about one of her recent projects:

This is a great example of a house that had great bones, yet the current design was hiding all of the details and quirks this home had to offer. Before the project began, most of the rooms felt closed in, and the finishes had a heavy feeling that was not very welcoming to guests.

By changing the windows and opening up some walls and doorways the house was transformed to a layout that flowed and welcomed guests. The kitchen was quite drab before we worked with it; it was not a very inspiring place to make a meal.

The new kitchen in place opens up to the rest of the house, and guests feel comfortable sitting at the bar to enjoy a glass of wine while a great meal is being prepared.

The dining room now also opens up to an outdoor deck with a fire ribbon to keep you warm while you sit and enjoy a gorgeous sunset.

Last, the master bathroom went from drab and dreary to a welcoming spa getaway. Check out images of our successful remodel!
