Sweet ‘Williamsberry’ Debuts in Brooklyn’s Williamsburg

There’s a new building making waves in Brooklyn’s Williamsburg.

The newly-launched, eight-story residential at 338 Berry Street—playfully dubbed “Williamsberry”—showcases 63 opulent loft residences ranging from studios to four bedrooms (with prices starting at $575,000), plus a penthouse and two “skyhouses” that are each set to list for over $4 million (perhaps the building’s most unique facet is the sawtooth, solar-paneled roof above its South Skyhouse, which opens to a three-sided terrace).

The building—an erstwhile noodle factory—boasts magnificent interiors by acclaimed New York-based designer Paris Forino, who incorporated fine details such as copper accents, locally-sourced custom-iron doors, and Moroccan mosaic tiling into the luxe spaces.

Homes will feature exposed columns and beams, wide-plank white oak floors, Italian built-in wardrobes, and high-ceilings, with soaring windows framing water and city vistas. Its plush master baths are dressed in Nero Marquina marble and Dolomite mosaic tile, while vein-cut Danby countertops and backsplashes grace the loft’s gourmet kitchen.
