This ski clinic was nationally known as the first of its kind, acknowledging that “women are not small men” on the ski hill, and as such need personalized and specialized equipment and skills designed for women. The clinics’ principles have continued to guide ski equipment manufacturers over the past decades as more women-specific skis and boots have become mainstream in today’s snowsports industry.
