Funnyman Jimmy Kimmel has put his elegant Hollywood Hills abode on the market—which he's owned since 2002—for $2.299 million.

There's also a beautiful glassed-in bar that opens to the outside kitchen, pool, and hot tub terrace, not to mention a pizza oven, BBQ station, smoker, and beer keg dispenser... plus not one, not two, but a whopping dozen televisions. Talk about the epitome of an entertainer's dream home.
Porsche Design Tower Almost Sold Out
The Porsche Design Tower—a 132-unit black glass structure in Sunny Isles—is rapidly filling up. According to developer Gil Dezer, over 20 billionaires have purchased homes at the Design Tower, with the remaining dozen luxury residences still up for grabs ranging in price from $6 million to $32.5 million for the penthouse.
Scheduled to be completed in 2016, the jaw-dropping residential boasts a number of enviable amenities, including a 24-hour concierge, a private restaurant with outdoor seating and lounge bar, a state-of-the-art spa, a fitness hub, a hair salon, and a ballroom equipped with a catering kitchen and a bar—not to mention a 10,000-square-foot oceanfront space ideal for showcasing collectible autos. Most notably, however, are the building's car elevators (each condo has its very own lift), which soar 600 feet per minute to exclusive private garages, allowing residents to remain in their cars until they are inside their apartments.
Frank Lloyd Wright's Florida College and Home Designs
Only two of famed architect Frank Lloyd Wright's widely admired designs—constructed during the tail-end of his storied career—can be found in Florida.

The first—a school campus commissioned by then-president of Florida Southern College, Ludd M. Spivey—possesses one of the finest collections of Wright architecture in the nation. The second—a curved designed completed in 1954 for a couple looking for a home in which to raise their four children on five acres by Lake Jackson—became known as "Spring House," and spurred the creation of the Spring House Institute, an organization dedicated to preserving the historic property.
Historic Colorado Taylor Estate
Designed by Denver architect Burnham F. Hoyt, this 1932 manor home commissioned by Vernon F. Taylor and his jane-of-all-trades wife, Ann Bonfoey Taylor—sits on 122 private acres 20 minutes outside of Denver, overlooking Mount Evans and the Front Range.
