Move Over Brokers and Agents on Fisher Island!
Real Estate Agent and Investor Sandra Fiorenza brokered the largest sale this week on Fisher Islands Palazzo De La Luna for $9.9 million. This marks an inaugural sale as head of her new partnership SanJen International under One Sotheby’s International Realty. SanJen International Real Estate is now poised to market aggressively and focus on properties at the top of the inventory, offering a specialty of Fisher Island because of Sandra’s long history of investment and sales on America’s number one wealthiest zip code.
The deal closed on Tuesday, August 3rd for Palazzo De La Luna unit 6834 Fisher Island Drive traded for $9.9 million, or over $2,018 per square foot, with Sandra Fiorenza representing the buyer. The Fisher Island condo was on the market for 90 days before it sold. This luxury unit, 6834 Fisher Island Drive, was sold by Fisher Island Holdings LLC. The seller, Heinrich von Hanau, President of Fisher Island Holdings, constructed the 10-story Fisher Island building, Miami-Dade County property records show.
The unit has four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. It is 4,904 square feet with 2,417 square feet of terrace space. Sandra Fiorenza of SanJen International brokered the deal at the request of the buyer.
According to a source familiar with the deal, this week’s purchase is one of the last remaining units on the market. Sales have totaled over $500 million at the building to date. The 50-unit Palazzo De La Luna was built in 2019 and designed by Kobi Karp.
