Elin Nordegren, a former Swedish model best known for her 6-year marriage to pro golfer, Tiger Woods, put her oceanfront North Palm Beach mansion on the market for the whopping $49.5 million.

Sprawling on 1.4 acres, the 25,000-square-foot main house bears distinct features of the British West Indies architectural style and boasts interiors by Angela Reynolds.

The Seminole Beach waterfront includes 11 bedrooms, 18 baths, two kitchens, a custom wine cellar, a theater room, a below-ground gym, a roof deck, an outdoor swimming pool, putting green as well as a basketball/pickleball court. A three-story, ceiling-to-floor Swarovski crystal chandelier towers near the stairway and “glimmers in imitation of the ocean,” according to the property listing with Sotheby’s International Realty.

The estate also features two separate guest apartments with two bedrooms, each, kitchens and living rooms.

Nordegren’s spokesperson told The Wall Street Journal that she is selling the grand estate in an attempt to downsize. She first purchased the property in 2011 for the modest $12.25 million after her reported $100-million diverse settlement with Woods. Later, she razed the original home to erect the custom residence, where she lived since 2014.
