Located at 641 Fifth Avenue, the Olympic Tower is often regarded as one of New York City’s finest luxury condominiums. A penthouse found on the 50th and 51st floors of the world-renown tower has recently been listed by Corcoran for $35 million.

The 9,450-square-foot duplex apartment houses eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms, as well as an eat-in kitchen, grand living room, a laundry room, and a library/den.

The eat-in kitchen is accompanied by a collection of professional grade stainless steel appliances and a pantry, while the mansion’s den comes with a wood-burning fireplace and a 16-foot skylight. There are two master suites equipped with huge walk-in closets, with one closet being the size of a bedroom; dressing rooms; Whirlpool Jacuzzi tubs; and saunas.

“Opulent entertaining areas,” spacious rooms, high ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer incredible views of Rockefeller Center and St. Patrick's Cathedral are also found throughout the magnificent home.

Maurizio Gucci purchased the duplex apartment during the 1970s. His two daughters, Alessandra and Allegra Gucci, currently own the magnificent home.
