Supermodel and America’s Next Top Model founder and host Tyra Banks just listed her New York City penthouse for $17.5 million, The New York Times reported.
The residence is also available to rent for $50,000 per month.
Banks, who is the new co-host of America’s Got Talent, paid a little over $10 million for the apartment in Battery Park City in 2010 and has been renting it out since 2015.
Located next to Rockefeller Park and the Hudson River, the nearly 7000-square-foot duplex, with five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, is enclosed by floor-to-ceiling, wrap-around windows, offering views to the North, South, and West, the listing states.
On the main level, there is a living room, a library, a dining room, a family room, a chef’s kitchen, a gym, an office, a salon with a 360-degree mirrored dressing room, full staff quarters, and three guest suites.
The master suite is located on the second level and is connected to a sitting room with a privacy door and minibar. It has two master bathrooms with a large dressing room. On the same level, there is also an additional guest bedroom and bathroom.
The apartment is offered furnished or unfurnished, with the option of being fully staffed with a house manager, a cook, housekeeping, and a personal assistant.
In the building, there is a 24-hour concierge, on-site valet parking, a pool, a fitness center, a yoga studio, a landscaped outdoor terrace, and a pet grooming area.
Leonardo DiCaprio also owns a residence in the building.
The listing at 2 River Terrace is held by Adam D. Modlin of Modlin Group. Modlin declined to comment.
