Supermodel Cheryl Tiegs has listed her long time home in the East Gate Bel Air region of Los Angeles for $12 million. Tiegs purchased the home in 1996 for an undisclosed amount.

The home features 4,770 square feet of living space and sits on approximately 1.43 acres. Featuring four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, the Bel Air estate was renovated in a Balinese-inspired style by Million Dollar Decorator Martyn Lawrence Bullard. According to Real Estalker, the main living areas have dark wood floors, high vaulted ceilings held up by carved wood columns, wood-framed sliding glass doors, and a “mature tropical landscaping.”

The one-story home also has a staff room, guest house, wine cellar, eat-in chef’s kitchen with a large center island and industrial-style appliances, textured ceilings, tiled floors, a long gated driveway that opens into a large motor court, a three car garage, kidney-shaped pool, pathways, palm trees, fountains, and more. The master suite includes a fireplace, sitting area and spa-like bathroom with “rich woodwork” accents.
