Footwear fashion designer Steve Madden is known for his billion-dollar empire and snazzy shoe collections. What you may not know about is his seven-year dedication to buying the entirety of a cream-colored townhouse on East 73rd Street. All parcels under one owner, the final cost to Steve Madden and his wife was a total of $7.7 million. Now, he's looking to sell the place for around $9 million.

The 6,000 sq. ft. space is packed with color and contains six bedrooms, hardwood floors, a beautiful garden, and two gorgeous terraces. When we say “packed with color,” we aren’t kidding. The home is splashed with teals, purples, pinks, and pastels. If you’re looking for your standard white walls, you may have to loosen up a little.
