Singer Chris Brown Selling West Hollywood Condo

Bamboo Floors Accent Chris Brown's Condo

Singer Chris Brown has placed his West Hollywood condo on the market.

Other than the ultimate buyer of the property, it appears nobody could be happier about the listing than Brown's neighbors. Residents say Brown has kept them up with loud parties, used the halls as a dog track and been disrespectful of other property owners.

After buying the property in early 2011, Brown lasted less than a year before moving out because of his relationship with his neighbors. Since then, the property has sat in pristine condition.

The $1.9 million condo features three bedrooms and three and a half baths on the top floor of the building. It has bamboo floors and a wrap-around terrace.

Two parking spaces come with the property, and even they had become a point of contention with neighbors. They said Brown was routinely using handicapped accessible spots, but they were the only spaces available at the time. Brown was refunded more than $15,000 in parking tickets he piled up using the spaces.
