The five-bedroom, six-bathroom apartment is part of the Wallich Residence’s limited collection of 181 ultra-luxurious residences––comprised of one- to four-bedroom units, four penthouses, and one super penthouse––located in the mixed-use Tanjong Pagar Centre.

The first floor encompasses all five bedrooms, as well as a private garden, family room, and viewing deck.

On the second floor, a formal dining room adjoined with a 600-bottle wine room, a lounge, and a kitchen.

A private pool, cabana, hot tub, and roof terrace are on the top floor, where a pool deck is attached to a full bar and kitchen.

Wallich Residence, designed by Chicago-based architecture firm, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, was named for Danish surgeon and botanist, Nathaniel Wallich, whose legacy has significantly contributed to Singapore’s reputation as a “Garden City.”

The residential building is planned to be completed by the end of 2017.

The listing at 1 Wallich St. is held by Donald Ng of List Sotheby’s International Realty.
