Film industry power couple Sam and Aaron Taylor-Johnson, are parting with their long-time Hollywood Hills home, listing it for $7.5 million.
The Mediterranean villa spans 5,500 square feet with seven bedrooms and six bathrooms. The property was purchased by the couple in 2013 for $4.3 million, a year after they got married. The couple met in 2009 while filming Nowhere Boy, which was directed by Sam and featured Aaron as the main role.
The couple’s home was built in 1926 and designed by set decorator Harry McAfee. Upon moving in, the couple worked with celebrity design duo Pierce & Ward to renovate the home, adding bold Hollywood glamour wallpaper, jewel-toned fabrics, and vintage furnishings.
With the help of Pierce & Ward, the Taylor-Johnson’s transformed their villa into a completely unique and charming home, with each room in the house completely different from the next. Other amenities include a sauna, a claw-footed outdoor tub, and a hidden pool behind the home.
