Ryan Seacrest Deals For Ellen DeGeneres’s Beverly Hills Mansion

American Idol host Ryan Seacrest has judged Ellen DeGeneres's Beverly Hills estate a winner.

Seacrest is currently in escrow to buy the mansion for $37 million. DeGeneres and her wife Portia de Rossi had been trying to sell the property last year for $60 million before ultimately listing it for $49 million.

Since 2007,  the couple has developed the estate by piecing together several different parcels to complete the property. They were married at the home in 2008.

It includes a main home of 9,200 square feet and three guest houses. It also features a swimming pool, covered dining areas and a koi pond. Privacy is at a premium: the gated property is on a street of its own.

This is Seacrest's second celebrity home purchase. He's moving out of a Mediterranean villa he purchased from Kevin Costner in 2006. He recently put the property on the market for $12 million after initially putting out feelers to sell the home for $15 million back in 2010.
