Located in Nikolina Gora, Moscow, this seven-bedroom chateau has just been listed for sale with a $25 million price tag.

Designed by a French architect, the Moscow chateau features seven bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms, and is located in one of the most prestigious areas in Rublevka.

It features a six-car garage, service quarters, security, and a guest house. Just six months ago the mansion was listed for $56 million, so anyone who grabs this estate now will be getting a great deal. The entire estate encompasses a total of 34,000 square feet of living space, with 19,000 of that total making up the main house.
