The beachside home of Latin singing sensation Ricky Martin and his twin boys is slated to hit the auction block on May 18th—is expected to rake in more than $13 million.

The pop singer and six-year-old Matteo and Valentino occupied the "wave-inspired" house on Hewlett Street when Martin was a judge on The Voice last year. The Walter Barda-designed home—completed in early 2014—spans one of the world’s most picturesque beaches.

The five-bedroom home includes two pools, an indoor and outdoor 25-meter-long lap pool that includes a porthole to allow swimmers to see into the ground floor living area. The unique natatorium runs from the indoor gym to outdoor views of Bronte Beach and the coastline. The second pool is tucked away in the large private swath out back, filled with a garden of tropical plants.
