Feel free to park that Lamborghini by the harbor. A yacht is the ritziest amenity available to residents of 1 Seaport, the newest residential building located within the historic Seaport District in lower Manhattan, New York.
In partnership with Barton & Gray Mariners Club, the 60-story residential tower will offer each of its residents unlimited access to charter a selection of luxury yachts, according to the building’s public relations team. The cost for a membership program with Barton & Gray Mariners Club ranges from $20,000 to $50,000 or more per year.
Designed by Goldstein, Hill and West architects and developed by Fortis Property Group, 1 Seaport is the historic neighborhood’s only all-glass condominium, housing 80 modern, glittering luxury residences, each with unmatched panoramic views of the bay and city. The units, which will be available for move-in in the spring of 2018, are 50 percent sold, with every condo sold at or above the asking price.
Natural light floods each residence, which is designed by interior designer Groves & Co. with hand-stained, oak flooring; floor-to-ceiling, triple-paned glass walls; and up to 11-foot ceilings. Kitchens feature custom walnut cabinetry, and in the master bathrooms, a gray limestone wall extends from the shower to the custom walnut vanity and mirror.
On the 30th floor, The Water Club is an exceptional spa experience with a glass-edged horizon pool, misted waterfall passageway, sun terrace, relaxation lounge, and 365-degree views. Additional amenities include a 24-hour concierge, private porte cochere, and children’s playroom.
