Record producer David Anderle has put his longtime Hollywood Hills home on the market for $4.75 million. The three-bedroom, four-bathroom Spanish-style villa was built in the 1920's and once served as a speakeasy. It also boasts 3,813 square feet of living space, decorative tile work, and sits on a third of an acre.
The former A&M Records executive's credits include albums for Judy Collins, Rita Coolidge, Amy Grant, Delaney and Bonnie, David Ackles, Kris Kristofferson, Aaron Neville, Chris De Burgh, Rhinoceros, Ozark Mountain Daredevils, Doc Holliday and the Circle Jerks.
