Real Estate Tycoon Jeff Greene Lists Beverly Hills Mansion for $150 Mil

Real estate investor Jeff Greene has placed his fabulous Palazzo di Amore in Beverly Hills on the market.

The 43,000-square-foot mansion has been listed for $150 million. Greene purchased the property for $35 million and added another $15 million in improvements after he rescued the home from foreclosure.

Living areas in the home include 11 bedrooms, 14 baths and a 6,00o-square-foot ballroom. It boasts an impressive 24-car garage, and one of the most curious features is a revolving dance floor that was a hit at Greene's wedding.

Outside there is a vineyard, a 12,000-square-foot pool house and an 8,000-square-foot guest house with its own motor court.

Palazzo di Amore had been on the rental market at $250,000 a month since 2009, but the slow rebound in the real estate market inspired Greene to list the property for sale.

The mansion is Greene's second listing in the Los Angeles area. He is also listing a smaller home for $8.99 million.
