Though there are discrepancies in the listing information, the property also likely offers around six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

LA's Most Expensive Home ($75M), Singleton House

Though many homes list for more off the market, the Singleton House is listed publicly for $75M, boasting 10 bedrooms, 12.5 baths and seven gorgeous acres. It is the most expensive listed home in LA! The estate is designed by Wallace Neff, famous for creating Mary Pickford and Douglas Fairbanks’ Beverly Hills home, and the property is mostly flat (a rarity in the area, generally going for about $10M per acre).
