Hollywood producer Mike Medavoy and his wife, Irene, have listed their Bel Air estate for $7,998,000. With views of the exclusive Bel Air Country Club, the home features 5,437 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The Medavoy’s purchased the home in 2011 for $6 million, according to Real Estalker. In February of this year, the couple decided to put the home back on the market after undertaking extensive renovations on the property.
The two-story home was originally built in 1950 and sits on .85 acres of gated land. Included in the four bedrooms is a master suite with high ceilings and dual bathrooms. The home also features a formal living room, vaulted exposed beam wood ceilings, a stone fireplace, French doors, a terrace, open kitchen, eat-in breakfast room, a gallery lined with windows and built-in bookshelves, a den/office, a family room, a bullet-shaped swimming pool, landscaped grounds, and more.
Real Estalker reports that the home has been put into escrow with an unknown buyer at an undisclosed price.
Medavoy is known for his work on numerous films including One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, Rocky, The Terminator, Sleepless in Seattle, Shutter Island and more.
