Porsche’s first foray into luxury real estate debuted with the grand opening of the Porsche Design Tower Miami in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.
On March 18th, the dazzling new tower by Dezer Development hosted a crowd of over 1,000 of Miami notables, which included city officials and Miami’s top agents, brokers, and influencers, according to press materials.
The grand opening celebration took off with a 20-minute fireworks show.
Guests were given an exclusive peek at the residential development’s exceptional design features and innovative technology, as well as access to the many of the residences’ private amenities, including the oceanfront restaurant, FUEL; a spa with Vichy showers; a terrace with twin oversized spa tubs; the oceanfront ballroom; the movie theater, and the game room, equipped with simulators.
Other entertainment throughout the evening was base jumpers who leaped off the tower and synchronized swimmers.
The event ended with a surprise performance by 15-time-Grammy-winning singer Alicia Keys.
The striking, 60-story Porsche Design Tower Miami reflects the luxury car brand’s “functional design, technical innovation, forward-thinking and iconic style,” as stated in the event press release.
Dezer Development’s patented, automobile elevator-lift-system “the Dezervator”––the first of its kind––lifts both residents and their vehicles to their high-rise homes.
Only six of 132 units are still available, one of which is the 19,403-square-foot penthouse listed for $32.5 million.
