It's officially summer in the city and while you may be making plans for summer camp or daycare, these luxury developments are introducing kids amenities to show love for their little residents, just as much as they do for their older residents. 5 River Park, the first new building in the River Park mega-project on the rise in Cobble Hill, which has over 20,000 square feet of amenities, meaning residents of the 25 apartments won’t have to worry about overcrowding. The three-floor amenities space features a private playground for kids, while parents can relax at the adjacent outdoor living room. Afterward, the family can cool off at the in-ground pool, or if it’s rainy, play inside at the jungle-themed kid’s room.

11 Hoyt, designed by Jeanne Gang, features a nearly 27,000-square-feet elevated private park. The park boasts multiple flower gardens, all strategically featuring native flowers that draw in monarch butterflies during their yearly migration. Kids will enjoy running and climbing around the outdoor play area, which includes a giant caterpillar and butterfly.
