House Actress Olive Wilde Lists Spanish-Style Los Feliz Home For $2.495M

Cowboys & Aliens actress Olivia Wilde has listed her Los Feliz home for $2.495 million, according to Curbed. Wilde purchased the Spanish-style villa in March 2011 for $2.295 million after her split with husband and Italian aristocrat Tao Ruspoli.

There is speculation Wilde is looking to unload the property so she can spend more time on the East Coast, as current boyfriend and SNL regular Jason Sudeikis resides in New York. The 3,284 square-foot villa, built in 1929, features stained glass windows, lofty beamed ceilings, wrought iron fixtures, French doors, a waterfall spa, manicured grounds, a gazebo and ceramic Malibu tiles. The two-level, four bedroom, 3.5 bath home is also available for rent at $11,000 a month.

Judy Cycon of Rodeo Realty has the listing.
