For all the bustle of Manhattan, and the recent surge in pricing, population, and popped up condo towers in Hoboken, heading north in New Jersey is becoming a great option to balance an easy commute into New York while still getting to come home to peace and quiet in the Garden State. West New York, a small town in New Jersey north of Hoboken and Jersey City, is launching Nine on the Hudson, a new project by K Hovnanian homes. The 13-story, 278-unit project will set new standards for luxury living in the Gold Coast. Designed by Marchetto Higgins Stieve Architects, Nine on the Hudson’s tiered showcases a dynamic view with depth perception of NYC’s skyline. The condo building provides residents with 32,000 square feet of five-star amenities including an infinity-edge pool and hot tub overlooking Manhattan, a state-of-the-art, two-story fitness center with an expansive 2,000 square-foot yoga room, an outdoor lounge with fire pits, as well as 24/7 concierge services.

Sales will be handled in-house, by K. Hovnanian at Port Imperial Urban Renewal VI, LLC, with residences range in size range from 773-square-foot, one-bedroom homes to 2,580-square-foot, three-bedroom homes with pricing ranging from $600 thousands to the $6 million.

The building boasts all kinds of impressive features like a gym, pool, playground, virtual golf course, and panoramic views of the New York City skyline that make the space perfect for entertaining. Unlike most other luxury residences though, the building offers an impressive tax incentive with a 20-year abatement program.
