With an asking price of $195 million, the "Palazzo di Amore" once broke records to become the most expensive estate in the country. Now, back on the market, the elite estate has returned to reclaim its title.

1

The private compound positioned on a whopping 25 acres of land is currently available for $149 million. The 12-bedroom, 23-bathroom mega-mansion, which is said to offer both old world charm and modern conveniences, features just about anything you can imagine in a home that is priced at well over $100 million.

2

There's a 15,000-square-foot entertainment center, which comes complete with a disco and ballroom, that is accompanied by a revolving turntable-style dance floor, a DJ booth, and a laser-light system; a 50-seat private screening room; a bowling alley; and a game room. Guests can also be entertained at the estate’s tennis court, 128-foot scenic reflecting pool and fountain, traditional hammam spaoutdoor barbecue area, and enclosed lounge area.

The Palazzo di Amore's main residence is over 35,000 square feet and features a two-winged second level. There, there's both a guest suite and a 5,000-square-foot master suite on the east wing and the west wing’s four-bedroom suites, which includes a luxury VIP suite accompanied by silk upholstered walls, a full kitchen, a large bathroom, a walk-in closet, a sitting room, and an almost 100-foot-long terrace.

Additional highlights of the Palazzo di Amore are the multiple wine cellars, which hold over 10,000 bottles and feature a tasting room; Beverly Hills Vineyards, the magnificent property’s private label that produces between 400 to 500 cases of wine annually; the ability to provide parking for up to 150 cars; and the soon-to-be-completed organic farm spanning two acres.

5

Palazzo di Amore is just minutes away from Beverly Hills’ hot spots like Rodeo Drive, which is a rarity for elite estates as grand as this one. Mega-mansions of the same caliber as Palazzo tend to be more secluded and are normally located far away from major cities like Los Angeles.

6

Palazzo di Amore is currently owned by real estate entrepreneur Jeff Greene. Greene, who considers the estate “impossible to recreate and one-of-a-kind,” has invested tens of millions into completing and expanding this record-breaking property. Only the best of the best should be expected for $149 million, and that is exactly what is delivered with Palazzo di Amore.
