Famed interior designer Nate Berkus recently sold his own home, a dream for many potential homebuyers looking for a pad with excellent flair. The buyer, Alexander Gilkes (founder of Paddle8), paid $4.9M (earning Berkus a $1.6M profit).
The space features 3,000 square feet, three bedrooms, four bathrooms, custom kitchen and (of course) impeccable décor.
Nate Berkus also recently sold a Chicago co-op and his other NYC apartment this year.
