The closing took place Wednesday May 5, 2021. The buyer of the property is Craig Bridgman, President of Cambridge Capital.
The property was listed by "Million Dollar Listing" star Chad Carroll of Compass Real Estate and the buyer's agent was Nicole Holtzheuser of Florida Luxurious Properties. The 11,485 sq. ft. home was built by renowned builder Manny Angelo Varas of MV Group USA and designed by Architect Kobi Karp with Interiors by Borges & Associates.
This marks the third record breaking sale of MV Group built homes with 2204 North Bay Road closing for $20 million in January, 2700 North Bay Road, which was built by MV and closed in March 2021 at $17,000,000. Now, 580 Sabal Palm has closed at $17,000,000, totaling over $50 million of MV-built properties closed in the first trimester of 2021.
This unparalleled contemporary estate is designed by World Renowned Architect Kobi Karp, interiors by Borges & Associates, and the project was led by Elisha Grossman of MV Group USA. Situated in the private community of Bay Point, the residence features include a movie theatre, gym, spa, wine cellar, glass elevator and a 50-foot bayfront lap pool overlooking the Miami Beach skyline, and built in chefs summer kitchen.
