Now that Summer is close to ending, what do you see as the takeaways from the last six months? 

That big sales were happening due to the opportunities that the pandemic brought, and a lot of New Yorkers and people from up north, have been coming to Miami looking for a second home. I also saw a big demand for high-end rentals in downtown and Edgewater.

What outdoor activities can be done around Miami months?

Definitely renting a boat and going out in the open sea. Everyone seems to have done that.

Is there an area from which buyers are relocating to your market? 

Yes, a lot of New Yorkers.

How has your market been doing so far this year compared to this time last year?

I feel that this year has been more active in the luxury high-end rentals and the market is healthier.
