Meg Ryan is moving on up! The 51-year-old actress may be trading in her downtown digs for an Upper East Side condo. Ryan was spotted checking out a 3,300-square-foot 2BR/2.5BA at 907 Fifth Avenue, reports the New York Post. The new spot isn't far from 1126 Fifth Avenue, where she used to live with her former husband Denis Quaid. The recently-renovated prewar home is described as the "epitome of luxury and sophistication" and features two fireplaces, a breakfast nook off the kitchen, and a formal dining room. The listing price is $7.2 million.
