Luxury Bedrooms That Will Seduce You

Vera Wang, renowned fashion designer, has said that her bedroom is her sanctuary. "It's like a refuge," said Wang, "a place where I do a fair amount of designing - at least conceptually, if not literally."

Outside her bedroom, Wang has, indeed, basked in success. Initially training to be an Olympian skater and failing to make the team, Wang entered the fashion world. Wang was hired to be an editor at Vogue immediately upon graduation from college, making her the youngest editor at that magazine. She worked at Vogue for seventeen years, leaving in 1987 to join Ralph Lauren, for whom she worked for two years. At forty years old -yes, forty!- she resigned and became an entrepreneurial, super successful bridal wear designer.

Wang has made wedding gowns for famous celebrities such as Alicia Keys, Mariah Carey, Victoria Beckham, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Avril Lavigne, Hilary Duff, Khloe Kardashian and Kim Kardashian. And the list goes on.

Like Wang, you too can turn your master bedroom into your very own sanctuary; it can be as wild or warm as you so choose. It should reflect your individual style and be a space where you can revel. Perusing below will inspire you to discover your individual luxury bedroom style. Daydream for days behind your bedroom walls, and eventually venture out to make your mark in the world, in Vera Wang style.

Luxury Bedrooms

Neutrals and woods make a bedroom conducive to both men and women. This bedroom signifies a power couple that makes for a dynamic duo outside of the bedroom.

Coastal

Luxury Bedrooms

A luxurious hotel-style luxury bedroom creates an ambiance of 24/7 luxury.

Contemporary

Luxury Bedrooms

In decorating terms, “traditional” or “contemporary” are merely terms to be played with. Just like dreams, have your bedroom reflect memories anchored in the past with a roomful of modernity to welcome what tomorrow's memories have to offer.

Luxury Bedrooms

Classic bedroom decor utilizes colors that are serene and soothing at the end of the design spectrum. A restful bedroom sanctuary incorporates only the bold colors of nature.

Modern

Luxury Bedrooms

The symmetrical placing of furnishings creates a more formal modern, minimalistic vibe without forfeiting any luxurious comfort.

Asian-Infused

Luxury Bedrooms

Being cornered has never felt so good. And so, lie down in couture style.

As Vera Wang has undoubtedly proven, and William Shakespeare tells us: "we are such stuff as dreams are made on." And so are these luxury bedrooms. The time has come to make your bedroom into a real estate reality, and live your dream tonight.
