Luxurious Loft at NYC’s Iconic Woolworth Building Is Asking $26.4M

On the 31st floor of New York City’s historic Woolworth Building, a full-floor ultra-luxurious loft is on the market for $26.4 million, according to the property listing.

Once celebrated as the tallest building in the world, the 792-foot-tall neo-Gothic Woolworth Building––developed by retail magnate F.W. Woolworth and designed by architect Cass Gilbert in 1913­­––was restored and converted into high-end residences, known as The Woolworth Tower Residences, according to the property website.

Spanning from the 29th floor to the 33rd floor, the 33 condominiums at 2 Park Place were designed by French architect, Thierry W Despont, and completed in 2017 by Alchemy Properties.
