The building is built in three sections of home styles: City House, Upper House, and Penthouse, and range between expansive 1 to three bedrooms. The units feature open terraces, oak herringbone floors with under-floor heating, speakers in each bathroom, automated blinds and a home theatre system. The upper floors also have an incredible 360-degree view of the city from the Gherkin building all the way to St. Paul’s, the London Eye, and beyond.
The building is also in one of the best locales in the city. The luxury quality of the building is a great fit for anyone working in business or finance who may be commuting to work nearby in the area. Being near Shoreditch and the East End though, the new tower is a short walk away from some of the coolest new restaurants, shops, and happenings in London. Being next to Liverpool Street station also is a great asset, either for inter-city underground transit or access to the National Rail and express trains to Stansted Airport.
After being compared to other notable London architectural delights like the Gherkin, Cheesegrater, and Walkie-Talkie buildings though, the biggest question for the building’s team though is what cheeky name it will be dubbed with when it does become part of the skyline.
