The Upper East Side home belonging to New York City staple Liza Minnelli has been sold.

The NY Post reports that the apartment, located at 150 East 69th Street, went for almost $8.4 million.

“While she sold her apartment, Liza still plans to spend a lot of time in the city and will be here in the upcoming weeks to rehearse her new show, Great Day,” said Minnelli’s publicist, who also said that the songstress will always consider New York to be her home.

The apartment, which is now owned by Robert Beyer and Loren Pack, is on the 21st floor of the Imperial House. The 30-story building, housing 378 apartments, was designed by Emery Roth & Sons in the early 1960s.
