Washington, D.C.’s legendary Patterson Mansion, which once hosted President Calvin Coolidge and First Lady Grace Coolidge, is being converted into luxury residential units, according to press materials.
Throughout the years, the mansion has served as a social gathering space for prominent political figures and high-profile notables, alongside journalists and industrialists. The Coolidge family resided in the residence while the White House was under renovation.
Its historic legacy of prestige and sophistication will be preserved through a new brand of urban residences, Ampeer, designed in elegance coupled with a modern flare by local residential designer, Darryl Carter.
The mansion’s social past will live on through Ampeer’s communal living spaces that encourage social interaction, collaboration, and inspiration.

Pre-leasing is available, and the flagship Dupont Circle property will open its doors in July.
