Actors Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn just sold their picture-perfect Pacific Palisades home for $6.9 million, the Los Angeles Times reported.
The celebrity couple, who bought the house at in 2004 for roughly $4.125 million, has lived together in the 1951 Georgian traditional-style residence at Capri Drive for over a decade, according to the Times.
Remodeled in 1999 and again in 2006, the five-bedroom, five-bathroom, ivy-covered house is situated on a 17,862-square-foot lot, with 6,3890 square feet of interior space.
There are three bedrooms on the first floor, including the master suite with a fireplace, spa bathtub, shower, dry sauna, and dual closets; and a lofty guest suite with high vaulted ceilings, the listings describes.
The living spaces are bright and charming with pastel hues and checkerboard patterns, and the kitchen and breakfast area open up to the backyard with a pool and spa. Next to the pool is a meditation room.
Two more bedrooms are on the second level, with one currently used as a gym, and a media room overlooks the backyard.
The initial asking price was $7.25 million. The listing was held by Kimberley Pfeiffer of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
