Kelsey Grammer Nabs Luxury Villa in Beverly Hills

Kelsey Grammer recently dipped into the Beverly Hills real estate market and purchased a vintage villa for $6.5 million.

The Mediterranean style home was built in 1926 and comes in at over 6,000 square feet. It is headlined by six bedrooms and seven baths.

The home features exposed wood beams, tile floors, and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. It has a separate breakfast room and a media room for watching re-runs of "Cheers."

Outside, the house is finished with whitewashed stucco. It also has a detached three car garage, a beautiful pool area and an outdoor dining pavilion for entertaining.

The one-third acre lot is within walking distance of downtown Beverly Hills.

Over the years, Grammer has demonstrated an eye for architecture, and is a bit of a collector of luxury properties. He's owned homes around the country in Hawaii, California, Colorado and New York.  Twice his homes have been featured in Architectural Digest.
