Rapper Kanye West has listed his Hollywood Hills estate for $3.3 million. Featuring 4,214 square feet of space, the home has three bedrooms and a state-of-the-art security system.

In preparation for the birth of his first child with reality TV star Kim Kardashian, Kanye West is trying to unload his bachelor pad in the Hollywood Hills. According to MLS, the large estate does not currently have a pool, but “there is plenty of space to build” one. West home first listed the gated approximately three years ago for $3.995 million, but the price was recently reduced to $3.3 million. It features expansive views of downtown Los Angeles to Santa Monica, French walnut floors and Minotti chandeliers, according to Trulia.

When the home was previously listed, Luxist noted that there is a large dressing room, large windows to showcase the views, a whole room featuring multi-colored Jetsons art, a room with a full-sized Buzz Lightyear, three Campbell soup can pictures above a vintage Louis Vuitton trunk, and more.
