Pretty Woman Julia Roberts just put her Hawaiian beachfront home up for grabs for a cool $30 million.
The Academy Award-winning actress' two-acre estate boasts seven bedrooms and four full baths spanning 3,792 square feet, and comes with an approximately 200-foot sandy stretch.
Once owned by Garden Isle sugar plantation bigwig Hans Peter Faye, the stunning property has permission to expand to include another structure up to 9,000 square feet, which leaves room for several other structures to sprout up on the grounds (along with a pool).
Located in world-renowned Hanalei Bay on Kauai's North Shore, the Ocean's Eleven star's grand retreat sits on a star-studded swath, with celebrities such as Chuck Norris and Mark Zuckerberg among Roberts' neighbors (the Facebook founder plopped down $66 million for 375 acres of plantation land in the area last fall).
