American rocker Jon Bon Jovi’s duplex apartment in downtown Manhattan, New York has been listed for $17.25 million, Mansion Global reported.
Situated in West Village between Washington and West streets, the three-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom condominium residence features 4,031 square feet of living space that is flooded in light, according to the listing.
The entry gallery leads to the great room, with a fireplace and access to an expansive, landscaped terrace overlooking the Hudson River.
Views of the garden can be seen from the kitchen and dining room.
A media room, which doubles as a library, could also serve as a fourth bedroom or guest room.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. Facing south with views of the Hudson River and the Freedom Tower, the master suite was designed with a double vanity, a soaking tub, a glass shower, and a walk-in closet.
Bon Jovi bought the unit two years ago for $12.88 million from Witkoff Group.
The listing at 150 Charles Street, Unit 4BS is held by the Robby Browne Team of The Corcoran Group.
