John Leguizamo Lists East Village Townhouse for $3.995 Million

John Leguizamo‘s east village townhouse just hit the market for $3.995 million, reports Curbed. The 48-year-old actor previously purchased the property, located at 268 E. 7th Street, in 1995. The four-story brownstone features four bedrooms, a large eat-in kitchen, brick fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and a large private terrace.

“John’s place isn’t a celebration of minimalist bourgeois good taste,” architect Steven Harris previously told New York Magazine. “It’s a celebration that requires a certain amount of vulgarity; the design is pitched at a certain level to accommodate a fairly chaotic and creative lifestyle.
