Beloved actress and entrepreneur Jessica Alba just bought a Hamptons-style home in Beverly Hills from Black Swan producer Mike Medavoy for $9.9 million, according to The Real Deal, who credited the recent news to real estate gossip blog Yolanda Yakketyyak.
The charming, seven-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom residence, with a detached, two-story guesthouse, sits on 1.85 acres of park-like grounds at 9540 Oak Pass Road within the gated Beverly Post Office neighborhood, according to the listing.
Bright, artsy interiors in each room are inspired by Ralph Lauren. In addition to standard rooms, the 8,829-square-foot home has a media room, library with a fireplace, and maid’s quarters. The master suite upstairs has a terrace, dual walk-in closets, and a stunning bathroom.
A large pavilion outside has an outdoor kitchen, a barbecue, a pool, and a spa.
Alba owns several homes in L.A., and three more in the neighborhood, according to Yolanda’s Little Black Book.
Jade Mills and Joyce Rey of Coldwell Banker held the listing.
