Jack Nicholson has owned his beautiful West End Aspen home for almost three decades. The actor sold the residence for $11 million last Tuesday through Joshua and Co., having reduced the price from $15 million.
Back in the day, Jack Nicholson and record producer Lou Adler went in on the 5,800 sq. ft. home together. Built around 1890, the home is known as the Newberry house and overlooks Hallam Lake. The home boasts five bedrooms, seven baths and a wrap around porch.
As Adler and Nicholson are both Lakers fanatics, the two reportedly purchased the house together for a “better TV reception,” as it was difficult to watch TV in both of their other remote Aspen homes. These two will do anything to catch a game!
