Built-in 1930, The Barbizon-Plaza Hotel was designed in a modern classical style by Laurence Emmons, architect and decorator, who worked with the architectural firms of Lloyd Morgan and Murgatroyd & Ogden. Today, the building lives on as a world-class white glove Central Park home, complete with 24hr concierge, doormen, live-in super and on-site parking garage.

The stunning residence features 50 linear feet on Central Park with nearly 3000 square feet of living space, plus an additional 175 square foot planting terrace. Inspired by renowned Spanish architect, Antoni Gaudi, the current owner spent two years transforming the space into not only a stunning art lovers’ showplace, but a sophisticated, stylized, and very sexy home.
