The Hunger Games star Josh Hutcherson has just bought a Hollywood Hills home with a celebrity lineage.
The property, dubbed "The Treehouse" by locals thanks to the heavy woods surrounding the home, was the former home of Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams. They bought the property from Ellen DeGeneres back in 2005 for about $2 million.
Most recently, soap opera star Adrian Bellani of the NBC drama Passions lived in the home. Bellani listed the home last fall for about $3 million before it was snapped up by 19-year-old Hutcherson. It's not clear if he paid asking price for the foliage-rich property.
The 1800-square-foot home features two bedrooms and two baths. It also features an outdoor deck with generous seating, a fire pit and an outdoor theater. It was built in 1951.
Hutcherson's film The Hunger Games has pulled in almost $4 billion dollars. Recently, it was reported that the stars of the film will each earn double what they made on The Hunger Games when two more films are added to the franchise.
