Haute Residence Meets Haute Yachts At Aston Martin Residences Miami

Florida Yachts International Founder/Brand Ambassador Ralph Navarro, Aston Martin Residences Miami Director of Sales Paulie Hankin, and global yachting influencer The Yacht Guy were hosted by Haute Living's April Donelson from the British carmaker's branded building's Downtown Miami sales gallery for "Haute Residence Meets Haute Yachts," an exclusive webinar combining living and yachting in style in the Magic City.

Highlight quotes from the webinar:

Paulie Hankin: " Miami has become a 12-month city... Our location at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way is the last parcel of water-side land in Miami in the downtown Brickell corridor, so, it sets us apart. We have almost 500 linear feet of Marina built into the programming of the building. There is direct access to the ocean with no bridges, and we have an amazing butler service that will provide exclusive private yacht services that will take you directly to enjoy our Beach Club and other amenities throughout the city... We are over 60% sold, which is an amazing feat to accomplish. As ownership would say, we are not building with the brand, but rather a brand that is building a skyrise in Miami... During the pandemic, everyone has been looking for outdoor activities, and we are extremely well-positioned with our amenities, indoor and outdoor pools, beach access, and our magnificent marina. Our residents can arrive in style by land or sea... We are on the 30th floor of construction. We will deliver the building at the end of 2022, with finished and move-in ready residences. The pace of construction has continued through the pandemic on schedule."

Ralph Navarro: "Honoring the first responders was a very humbling experience. How they took on the seriousness of risking their lives, it was great to hear their commitment to being involved and not be afraid. It was a great experience for us to welcome them and give them a day on the water. It was very special for us… Like most businesses in Miami, we got a little nervous when the pandemic started. We still have a lot of work to do. This week we are celebrating the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. A lot of clients are coming to town, and we have been showing boats all day at FLIBS. We are excited about everything that is going on and that people are coming back to the water realizing that it’s a safe environment. Our issue now is a lack of inventory. When something becomes available, it flies... Aston Martin Residences is doing an amazing job. I can't wait for the building to be finished. I saw the finishes in the showroom and I can tell you this building is special. It will make the Miami skyline the most beautiful one ever... Miami is the number one yachting city in the world.”

The Yacht Guy: "I'm always down in Florida two or three times a year, and I'm always on a boat. There are not too many cities in the world where you can take the boat and move it around and end up in different locations. Great places like Monaco, you dock and then walk. But with Miami, there are so many places on the coast, Miami Beach. If you're going to live the yacht life, Miami is the place to do it… I'm working on purchasing a yacht. I have one in mind that I'm talking to a few friends. It's a big project going on, so we will be doing "The Yacht Guy Live" from my own yacht. To be able to show people the dream come to fruition is the next step for me... Being on the water for me, there is nothing like it. Tranquility at its best... I look forward to doing this in person next year [at Aston Martin Residences]."

This was the latest edition of the Haute Residence series of webinars about the latest in luxury real estate, design, architecture, and lifestyle. Last month, Haute Residence teamed up with Aston Martin Residences for "Kitchen Encounters," a webinar with leading interior designers and rockstar Gavin Rossdale.

The 66-story sail-shaped tower is about to receive the first Aston Martin customer DBX to cross the Atlantic Ocean to the Americas. During the webinar, Hankin announced the luxury SUV had just finished its journey to the US.
