In Australia, mining heiress Angela Bennett is seeing some profitable returns on her mansion located in Mosman Park in Perth. The home sold for a record breaking $57.5 million, beating the previous record of $45 million which was paid for a property in Sydney. Bennett’s riverside mansion was originally listed for $70 million.
Fellow mining entrepreneur, Chris Ellison, is the buyer of Bennett’s estate and has a net worth of $300 million. He is now the proud owner of the 81,450-square-foot home which is made up of three self-contained buildings. The estate features a gym, indoor pool, tennis courts, wine cellar, boathouse, private jetty, private cinema, and the multiple bedrooms in the home feature beautiful panoramic river views.
