Jill Hertzberg has just put the North Miami mansion Kourtney and Kim Kardashian rented to shoot their show, “Kourtney and Kim Take Miami,” on the market for $14.5 million.  Hertzberg said the mansion, nicknamed Palazzo di Mare, is “one of South Florida’s most astonishing single-family residences” she and her partner, Jill Eber, had ever seen.

The San Souci mansion is 16,500 square-feet, has 8 bathrooms, 11 full baths, 3 half baths, 340 feet of waterfront, a full library and a basement that can hold up to ten vehicles. The luxurious estate also features a sun deck, a living room with a surround sound system for an eighty-inch television, a second-floor massage room, a billiard room with seventy-inch televisions and a bar and lounge area.

When enjoying the Florida weather by the pool with underwater speakers, a Jacuzzi and LED lighting, you also get an incredible view of Bal Harbour, Miami Beach, downtown Miami and Indian Creek Island.
