Gwen Stefani, of the band No Doubt, just closed escrow on the sale of her Beverly Hills home for $21,650,000.

The estate was sold by Jane Mills of Coldwell Banker Global Luxury and Craig Knizek of The Agency.

With one of the best panoramic views in all of southern California, the new owners will get to enjoy the perks of acquiring this property from one of music's biggest names. The house is located in a gated community of "The Summit," off of Coldwater and Mulholland.

The gym is 1,500sf in size, including a sauna.

In the backyard, the pool will cool off the new occupants as they take in the scenery.
